Innocents vs. Killers role twist
Big Sister is playing a killer game this season... giving redemption to the Revolution's cursed twist. Players assume the role of an Innocent or a Killer based on the results of the first Twist Spending Challenge. There will be up to two Killers, with the remaining players being Innocents. Each role comes with its own objectives. Once someone is voted out or removed from the game, it will be revealed whether they were an Innocent or a Killer. All roles expire after the final six HOH is crowned. Once the coin bonuses are given coming into the final six, the game is played normally with no twists.
Hunt the Killers
The Innocents are anyone who did not win the Killer Spending Challenge at the start of the game. Their goal is to identify and eliminate the Killers β the longer Killers stay in the game, the more powerful they become.
Stay hidden, survive longer, earn more
Up to two Killers are declared after winning the first Twist Spending Challenge of the season. The two Killers know each other's identities. Their goal is to keep their identities hidden to avoid being targeted, because the Innocents are incentivized to hunt them down. For every round a Killer survives, they receive a 250 coin bonus coming into the next round instead of the usual 100 coin bonus. If both Killers make it to the final six they are the only ones eligible to become HOH. If one was the outgoing HOH, the other instantly becomes HOH. If only one Killer is in the final six, they instantly become HOH unless they were outgoing. Once you become a Killer, that role is permanent β you can't resign it.
Players are nominated and evicted TOGETHER as they are LINKED.
In some weeks, the houseguest who places 2nd in the HOH spending challenge β and occasionally the 3rd place finisher as well β wins safety for the week, meaning they cannot be nominated or named as a renom. This was also used as the extra safety twist in All-Stars.
A twist that makes the game have no prejurors.
Allows the outgoing HOH to be able to win back-to-back, where normally they must sit out.
The HOH nominates a player to have a sole vote to evict. They cannot evict the HOH or the POV holder. The POV can be used to veto this nomination and force the HOH to name a new voter.
Allowed the public to send 100 coins to a player each week. Once they received it, they couldn't receive it again.
An evicted houseguest returns
A week will play out where instead of a houseguest being evicted, an evicted houseguest will be voted back into the game. For this week, the evicted houseguests are let back into the house and can communicate freely with all players and other evicted houseguests. All non-evicted houseguests except the outgoing HOH will compete to become the new Head of Household. This HOH has a special responsibility: instead of nominating houseguests for eviction, they will nominate two evicted houseguests to give them a chance to return to the game. All non-evicted houseguests will then compete to win the Power of Veto. The veto winner has the option to veto one of the HOH's nominations. If they use the veto, the person they used it on loses their shot at returning, and the HOH will name a new evicted houseguest in their place. At the end of the week, the non-evicted houseguests vote one of the nominees back into the game, with the HOH only voting in the event of a tie. The Battleback HOH cannot compete in the following HOH competition, and the returning houseguest has one week of safety upon returning whilst also returning with the coin amount they were evicted with.
Each week before the Battleback, during the HOH comp, every player casts two votes alongside their coin submission to put two players at risk of nomination. You must submit your coins and Risk Votes together. When the HOH is revealed, it'll be announced who had risk votes cast against them, but not how many votes or who cast them. The houseguests who had risk votes against them are the only people who can become initial nominees β but anyone is fair game if the veto is used.
Made the game have three nominees.
A reduced-size jury.
Two people forced to play as one and share chats.
The HOH chooses someone to make their renominee later in the week if the veto is used.
Powerful game advantages.
A secret alt veteran in a newbie cast.
If the Hacker survived long enough they unlocked Hacked Week, where they can pick one of the HOH's nominations.
A week where one person is safe and everyone else is up for elimination in a Survivor-style vote.
A twist that split the house in half game-wise, allowing two games of Big Sister to be played at once for the first two weeks β resulting in 4 evictions by week 3.

Mentors who are also players
π Four elite coaches step into the Big Sister Academy β not just as mentors, but as players in their own right. Their lessons come at a costβ¦ and so do their teams. Once formed, these teams remain intact for the first four evictions. π° Coin Rules: Each coach enters the game with 1,000 coins, like normal houseguests. Every time a member of their team is evicted before teams end, they lose 100 coins. Coaches can still earn minority vote bonuses, but they will NOT receive survival bonuses while coach immunity is active. β οΈ Turning on Your Own Team: You can target someone from your own team β but if you do, you and the rest of your team forfeit your +100 survival coin bonus for that round, and your coach also loses coins if a member gets evicted during the team stage. No team safety means every decision could cost you and your allies. This counts for nominations & eviction votes in the team stage, unless both nominees are your teammates and you have no choice. π Coach Immunity & Challenge Limits: Coaches are immune from nomination during the first four evictions, giving them time to observe and influence. BUT they cannot bid in challenges during their immunity period β forcing them to rely on social game and team management. π― Twist Completion: Once teams end, coaches fully enter the game with whatever coins they've banked from minority bonuses and surviving teammates. Immunity expires and it's game on like never before.
In Ride or Dies, if you successfully voted out your ride or die, you were awarded a game-changing amount of bonus coins in secret.
The house is divided into two separate sides that play their own parallel games for a stretch of the season β each side running its own HOH, nominations, and eviction before the house merges back together.
